TRAVELING ON I-70 HEADING EAST: 1. Take the downtown Wheeling exit. · There is a traffic light at the end of the exit ramp.
2. Go to the next traffic light and turn left (at 10th & Main Streets) · Get in the lane with the sign that says North 2(10th Street-Suspension Bridge on right).
3. Go to the next traffic light and turn left. · Stay in the lane with the sign that says North 2. (Market Street)· This will bring you over the tunnel.
4. Turn left at 7th Street. · This is the second street on the left side(traffic light-one way down hill). · Stay in the left lane.  Turn left at the next traffic light(Main Street).  The Seeing Hand is on the corner (left side) at 8th and Main Streets. The
Seeing Hand is across the street from Uncle Pete’s Restaurant.
Parking: · You may park on 8th Street. There are no parking meters on this street. · You may park on Main Street. There are no parking meters on this street anymore.
· You may park in the lot next to the Seeing Hand on Main Street(north side of the building). The lot may be used between 8 AM and 5 Pm for parking by our clients.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE NOTICE:  The west bound tube of the Wheeling Tunnels is closed for repairs.  Until further notice, please exit at the Oglebay Park Exit 2.  You will see a Kroger's and Perkin's store at this exit.  At the traffic light, turn left on US Route 40 West.  Travel approximately 3 miles to the traffic light on 7th Street.  Turn right at the light and then immediately left at the next light at Main Street.  Stay in the left lane and turn left at the Seeing Hand Association at 750 Main Street(corner of 8th and Main).

TRAVELING ON I 70 HEADING WEST: 1. Go through Wheeling Tunnel and take the Downtown Wheeling exit. · The exit is literally just at the end of the tunnel
to the immediate right.
2. Stay in the exit’s far right lane and turn right onto Main Street.
3. Go one block down (the Seeing Hand is on the corner of 8th and Main Streets). · The Seeing Hand is on the right side of the street. The Seeing Hand is
across the street from Uncle Pete’s Restaurant.
Parking: · You may park on 8th Street. There are no parking meters on this street. · You may park on Main Street. There are no parking meters on this street anymore.
· You may park in the lot next to the Seeing Hand on Main Street(just past our building on the right). The lot  may be used by our clients between 8 AM and 5 PM
